I really enjoy catching up with Lori every few months. She keeps my mouth in tip top working order and always has my pillow and sunglasses ready when I get there.
I am currently involved in some extensive periodontal maintenance. The treatment is going well and I have received excellent advice on how to proceed. I have had crowns and regular dental repairs with no difficulties and would recommend this dentistry.
check up and teeth cleaning, everything was awesome as always and i always recommend everyone at Dr Rich's office. I resent the survey forcing me to change my rating. Preventitive care is covered by my insurance so there was no cost to me so extremely cheap fits and I have always thought of the atmoshere as spa like since my very first visit I was offered a parrafin dip.
Amazing dentist, takes the time to listen to patient needs and doesn't rush through things. Always ensures his patients are comfortable with what he is doing.
Crown preparation was done. The experience was completely pain free, and performed quickly and easily. This was my first procedure with Dr. Rich and I found him to be caring, professional and skilled.
Cleaning, bi-annual checkup. Low pain, facilities are exteremely customer friendly as is the efficient staff. Dr. Rich chairside manner is excellent, I feel at home when visiting the office from check in to check out. Kym Aho is always ready to do what it takes to make my visit even better than the last.
I would reccomend Dr. Rich to anyone and have. He sets the example that the entire office follows., I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Rich and any person that works with him.
A;lways feel relaxed. Kelly knows my mouth and keeps me informed about changes. Every one makes me feel imortant, know my history, and treat me like I was the only one in the office for treatment.
As always, Dr. Rich is very professional, thorough in his examination, polite and gentle. Everyone in the office is polite. The general atmosphere is very positive and professional!
