I have been a patient since DR. Rich started practice. I am totally satisfied and love everything about him and the entire staff. My entire family sees Dr. Rich and we recommend him when we have the opportunity! The help with the insurance and cost is great!
It is always the best, most up to date treatment and care for patients at Dr. Rich's office.
I had three cavities filled, and it went very smoothly. The anesthetic was almost completely painless, the procedure quick, and the care impeccable. I definitely recommend Dr.Rich to anybody in the area.
He is a wonderful and sensitive dentist. I felt very comfortable there and I don't like going to dentists. I have no apprehensions now, and enjoy the staff as well.
Best dentist in the seattle area by far. No pain at all and best of all he works fast!
Crown preparation- Dr. Rich does pain free novacaine. My questions were anwered, my comfort level was considered, the people seem to like each other and their patients.
Dr. Rich removed 2 old molar Crown replacements (which 1 is listed below). I will be going back to have 3 amalgam fillings removed and 3 resin fillings put in place. (They do not use silver or amalgam fillings here. ( just resin the color of your teeth which I like for health reasons) I felt no pain almost fell asleep a few times but I would not allow myself to because of sleep apnea. Knows what he is doing. Very interested in you and your teeth. Highly recommend him and his staff to others.
Dr. Rich and his team are very effective. I appreciate that he is always investing in his practice by frequently sending his staff to the latest training and upgrading equipment. His hygienists are confident and knowledgeable and make an effort to give added value to every patient through education. Can't say I've had any major work done by him but I credit that to the preventative nature of his check-ups. Hopefully it stays that way!
