Dr. Rich is kind and cheerful. He is efficient and after being drilled for a crown, I had no pain. I really enjoy the special touches in the office: movies, hand treatments---it makes going to the dentist as something ok (i.e., I used to dread going).
Dr. Rich is always very attentive and thorough. I recently had a crown done and am still having some sensitivity issues. Dr. Rich methodically checked and re-checked the area. I know that I can always contact him and his office if I have any other problems or issues. In the past, I've even been able to speak to him on the weekend on his cell about a problem I was having. He listened and didn't just blow me off to call someone else. I highly recommend Dr. Rich and his staff.
Dr. Rich and his entire staff are like a family to myself and my family. All members go there and love it and them.
Amazing, I am always comfortable and Dr. Rich is very caring and personal. He makes you feel like you are his only patient. His crew is fantastic too and always has been. My son became a dentist because of Dr. Rich! That says a LOT!
I've been seeing Dr. Rich since he came to this practice, and can honestly say that I look forward to my dental appointments. He is professional, state-of-the-art, and while I'm no dentistry expert, I always feel that I'm in the hands of one when in his office. The office staff have experienced little turn-over; they are welcoming, warm, and seem to genuinely care about me as a person. I can't recommend this practice highly enough. I make the hour-long drive down from Seattle and wouldn't dream of switching dentists.
I am honored to have such a great care giver in Dr. Rich, he and his staff are prime examples of outstanding providers of dental care. I would recommend he and his staff to anyone who has need of the finest of dental care. Glad to know him these many years of treating my whole family. This visit was for an emergency repair of a broken tooth. Dr. Rich and his staff offered prompt treatment as soon as they opened their office this morning and quickly addressed the problem. I would recommend Dr. Rich to other clients, he has been the most comforting of dentists I have met, and I really feel like he cares about my personal health and has my best interest in mind. His manners relax and calm, and his smile engages easy conversation. He recommended an oral surgeon for a complex skin graft surgery I had last summer and it turned out with great success.
This visit was for a filling. I have been going to the same dental clinic for 35 years. Dr. Rich took this clinic over about 10 years ago and he has been fabulous. The office is beautiful, his staff is AMAZING and his chair-side manner is gentle and compassionate. I trust Dr. Rich and his staff completely and am so lucky to have such a great team!
Great dentist! Cutting edge equipment and process. Great staff, too. Always keeping me informed and giving me options.
