My experience is always great! The pain & anxiety is my own, it is not brought on by Dr. Rich. And as for cost, I don't have anything to compare it to. I have been going to that office for 20 years, so obviously I am happy. And my experiece has only improved since seeing Dr. Rich. He is AWESOME! And so is his staff! It really is like going to a 5 star hotel. : )

Currently working on dental implant, will let you know next time. Has replaced 3 crowns that had started to deteriorate. I think Dr. Rich does exceptional work and is very thorough. I have not compared costs but I believe the value received is very high for the money spent. Exceptional staff and high quality equipment. I highly recommend Dr. Rich.

Cleaning - no problems. Dr. Rich examined my teeth and the hygenist cleaned them. No issues to report. Dr. Rich is friendly and matter of fact - explains issues in my language.
Front desk staff support is the best i've ever seen at a dentist. KUDOS to the front desk staff :)
Dr Rich is a wonderful caring dentist. He and the entire staff are always very pleasant and take a personal interest in giving the best care possible. Dr Rich has even called me in the evening from his home to ensure that all was well after my appointment. I would absolutely recomend him for any dental care needs.
