Wonderful chair-side manners. I was not due to see him at this visit but he still dropped by to say Hello.
A filling and the first part of a crown. best experience i have had at a dentist in over 20 years. i almost fell asleep in the dental chair while he was filling my cavity and preparing my tooth for the tempoary crown. Who is relaxed enough at the dentist to nod off?? I never have been before. The entire office staff, everyone is super nice, really friendly.
6 month cleaning and cancer and gum check. Recommend professionalism, care, and concern to anyone needing a dentist.
I go to him because I was going to the dentist in that office before him. He is nice and explains things. I have healthy teeth and mouth so I usually just have 6 month check ups. He has only done one filling which was good. I must say, he has been the only dentist that has given pain free novacaine shots to me. The office seems to always be trying out new looks and ideas which is good. I can tell they are trying to be ahead of the curve. They always seem to have new technology.
Procedures: Root canal & 2 crowns - great treatment and friendly service by ALL staff members. Dr. Rich has a very gentle touch and I would highly recommend him. They also offer text message and email appointment reminders - very cool!
I've been going to Dr. Rich for several years and have had considerable work done on my teeth as they had been neglected. Dr. Rich and his staff have always been phenomenal in every aspect. All of them are extremely friendly, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgeable professionals. This last visit was a standard cleaning and checkup. Our family has found Dr. Rich to be very sensitive to our needs. He does a fabulous job of reducing anxiety by explaining the procedures and then performs them painlessly. All of our treatments have been successful - no problems. The office staff are FABULOUS! They make us feel like old friends when we arrive and treat us with such kindness and respect. I have recommended your office multiple times and will continue to without reservation. You exhibit service excellence from the moment we enter your office to when we leave.
