Dr. Rich contacted us when he heard that our son had been hit by a baseball and needed emergency care when he was out of town on a mission trip. Dr. Rich is collaborating with the oral surgeon and orthodontist who treated my son immediately after the accident. It's always a pleasure to go into Dr. Rich's office - the hygienists and office ladies are genuine and friendly. It's like we're stopping in to see friends. Dr. Rich connects well with my 3 boys and explains procedures clearly to them and puts them at ease.
I needed a filling after a root canal. There was no pain, but the sound of the drill makes me tense. The parafin wax dip for my hands was nice. Everyone there knows me and I felt welcomed.
I had a routine 6 month check up. It went very well and there were no problems but Dr. Rich and my hygienist were still able to give me tips on how I could improve my health habits even more. Always a great experience there and everyone is extremely friendly, nice and welcoming. Service is excellent and I would definitely recommend Dr. Rich to anyone looking for a good dentist and facility.
My daughter had a couple of small cavities filled. The staff is always kind, courteous and helpful. I recommend Dr. Rich to everyone that I know of that is looking for a dentist. Dr. Rich is a warm and caring dentist - this shows through not only his work, but throughout his staff as well.
Dr. Rich and his staff make you feel like family. Dr. Rich truly cares about his patients and is excellent at what he does. He applied my veneers -- something I'd wanted done for years but was afraid to have done; didn't know if they'd look natural. Couldn't be happier with the result! My family sees Dr. Rich and all feel fortunate to have found him. Going to the dentist can put some people in a panic. Dr. Rich and his staff put your mind at ease and do everything they can to make your visit comfortable and pain free.
I have high dental anxiety but I have no problem going to Dr. Rich's office. Everyone who works there is considerate and competent. The offices are beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable. The entire staff really goes the extra mile to make each visit a good one. Hot tea, paraffin dip for your hands, a great movie--are you sure this is a dental office!?!
I highly recommend Dr. Rich. He is a great dentist who is always striving to improve his practice for his patients.
Staff is very friendly, did a great job with my son.
