Dr. Rich's office has the most awesome front office staff, and the dental staff (hygienists) are outstanding (personable, caring, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and thorough). So happy with Dr. Rich as a dentist, he is so knowledgeable and thorough, and very gentle in his approach.
My family of 6 has been visiting Dr. Rich twice a year for the last 12 years without one complaint. Several of his staff have been there the whole time. He feels like a friend of the family. He and his staff are always kind, compasionate and very efficient. One time I waited maybe 20 minutes due to something unexpected with a patient ahead of me and he gifted me a coffee card for my inconvenience. Wow! Always is kind and caring. It was just a routine cleaning, no xrays this time. All of my procedures were covered 100% my insurance plan.

He was very kind and helpful, my experience was excellent. I had teeth cleaned, x-rays taken, my tooth was bothering me and I was numbed up upon request before my cleaning which is something that's never been offered to me at any other dentist. I would definitly recommend this dentist to friends and family.
Very personable, explains treatment clearly, provides good advice about treatment plans and preventive care.
I had a crown prep. the service was prompt, painless and to this point successful. I didn't have to do anything with insurance. I loved the paraffin hand treatment. I would recommend Dr. Rich to others.
