I had 4 fillings done and a cleaning all in one morning. The greatest thing is that they treat you like you are at a spa! I love the nice and warm wax dip for your hands, and they even give you a blanket to keep you cozy. They are the most well put together team I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They truly are great!
Regular 6 mos check up. Did not see Dr. Rich, was examined by his Assoc. I would highly recommend this office for any dental procedure.
A gumline cavity filled on a front tooth, and repair of a composite on a front tooth that fell off last night. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend this dental office to others. I original saw the dentist that retired and then switched to Dr. Rich after that. I have been going to that dental office for the past 8 or so years.
Professional, efficient, personable. I had cleaning and consultation with Dr. Rich re: long-term plans and dental outlook. His staff is great--everyone I have met so far has been nice. Not one of the staff I have met has EVER hit me on the head or shoulder with an iron pipel Dr. Rich is also a splendid wildlife photographer and has spent some time doing volunteer dental work in Africa. I would and will recommend his expertise and his office enviornment.
This is the best dentist office in the whole Seattle area. They stay up on all the new technology and ALWAYS do a great job with my teeth. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Dr. Rich, Lori & the rest of the crew.

Dr. Rich always provides excellent care and is compassionate towards his patients. While I've never liked going to the dentist, Dr. Rich and his staff make it as pleasant and painfree as possible.
I have always had a great experience at the office. I have never been a fan of the dentist until I started coming to Dr.Rich. They make me comfortable , work with me on payment otions and always meet all of my need. I have recomended him to all of my firends.
