Two Resins, surf, anterior - front upper teeth. The procedure/repair was accomplished with neither pain nor discomfort. Dr. Rich's manner is very calm and reassuring. All in the office are pleasant and respectful. I would recommend this office to others.
This time I had my teeth cleaned. Regular cleaning, xrays & review by this dentist, along with good dental hygiene at home has prevented further dental work for me. All of the dental employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. All of our family see Dr. Rich. I recommend this dentist.
I started seeing Dr. Rich after Dr. Huff retired and Dr. Rich took over his clients. I have had fillings done by him. I like the fact that he takes the time to make sure that your ok and ask about how your life has been going as well as your day. He makes it personal.
I had a temp crown work done today. As always - excellent care and work.
I had a crown prepped today. I was able to use the new glasses that allowed me to view a movie while the work was being done. That certainly helped the time pass much faster. I am always greeted with smiles from the staff and Dr. Rich is kind and gentle. I always recommend him to others.
Dr. Rich, and his new associate dentist Dr. Jacobsen, are both quality dentists. Our entire family receives treatment there and all our visits have gone well. The staff is friendly, and our kids don't have any anxiety going to the dentist, which is great (ages 7 and 8). My only complaint would be that the front desk staff be a bit more thorough when checking with insurance companies on costs for treatment plans. We had an unexpected extra cost due to the inaccuracy of verification with insurance. Otherwise, a great office.
had my teeth cleaned by one of the hygienists. Great service and chair side manners. Not pain free, but hey, this is the dentist. All staff is kind and the facility is great. Good job!
Dr. Rich always does a great job, efficient & thorough. Even lower pain than my previous dentists, which were already low pain.
Dr. Rich is the best dentist I have ever been to not only is he fabulous but the assistants are fabulous as well.. I was very nervous about the pain, after about 15 minutes I new I had nothing to worry about! It was nice that the assistant kept asking me if i were okay it made me feel like she cared about my well being..
