Dr. Rich and his staff are simply the best around. It feels more like a family than a staff. They care about me and they care about each other. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Rich immediately puts me at ease with his kind and gentle manner. He has given me treatment options, explaining them thoroughly, and then made his recommendations. I have been going to Dr. Rich for several years now. The office is warm and invitng and the staff is very kind. My whole family gets dental care there and we have never been unhappy with anything.
Dr. Rich is a very competent and thorough dentist. He educates as well as does a fantastic service. Even though we have moved from the state of WA 3 years ago, we continue with him by returning several times a year. The 11 hour trip is completely worth it! My husband had 2 front teeth crowns done which have really improved his appearance. i have accepted dr rich as my dentist upon my previous dentist referral. my previous dentist was dr huff who moved to germany. i was dr huffs patient for over 20 years. i was extremely impressed with dr richs work, staff and over all customer service. these factors are all "outstanding" and i am pleased with my new dentist. respectfully robert "doc" church
