This is the worst non outside of the box thinking hospital I've ever seen how can a person be in the hospital for 5 days and all they're doing is pushing antibiotics into them because they don't know what it is let's try something else guys. If the doctors and nurses would only listen to the patients and family members who know the patient the best they might be able to cure people or at least help them.
This place is the best I had nothing but the best when I was there this last week every was so nice from the doctors to nurses to the cleaning staff thanks you all for your generosity
I would have given 5 stars but hospital stays are terrible. That being said I would like to say thank you to the Doctors and Nurses that cared for me. You have restored my faith in the medical system. The level of care and compassion you showed during my stay was out of this world. I felt as if my mother, grandmother or sister was caring for me. These are the women I respect the most in this world. Thank you for allowing me to feel this feeling another time in my life.
Had diverticulitis here which I have had couple times now will never go here again dr talk over you tell u they will be there at certain time and are an hour late got stuck 6 times to get Iv in arm other arm that they tried in was swollen up like a grapefruit horrible experience

Absolutely hated my experience at Sanitas Medical Group located within Silver Cross. Major issues getting lab results and currently in a 6 month dispute over billing regarding a growth that wasn't fully removed. Horrible care and service.
Had my baby delivered here and the nurses are great. Had a great experience.
Worst hospital ever. Waited 2 1/2 hours in the er with my daughter having chest pains and still hadn't been seen. Older lady was there 4 hours and still had 3 people a head of her. We left. What a joke! This place has no sense of urgency. Will never ever go back there. If you ever need to go to an er DO NOT GO TO SILVER CROSS!
