This place suck, nurses and Doct are ignorant and careless.
I go to the doctors office on the second floor, and I love my doctors!! They have both done excellent care giving towards both me and my husband. Staying as a patient is ..... okay but I wouldn't call it excellent care. My last 2 experiences made me very glad to come home. IF you can get a nurse to answer your call they act like you've asked too much of them, there was no kindness or consideration in there attitude or service. My son was absolutely miserable and after waiting 45 minutes for someone, ANYONE to answer I walked... read more
The hospital is clean, staff was courteous + Dr. on time for procedure. But some of the nurses need to have a little more empathy & listen to their patients. Nurse starting IV, yet again blew another vein that is swollen up the size of a golf ball, bruised 3" x 2" so far. I do want to mention, I dropped off a specimen for the lab last week to be tested for a serious infectious disease + it was thrown away! I was given no reason why. Disappointing, discouraging + unprofessional.

It was very strange that the nurse did an assessment after the the Dr examined me and on her way to prepare the discharge papers. It was like having 2 exams during 1 visit

Some of the staff members are very polite however the bottom line is always a long wait in e.r. ..sent home just to be brought back 2 days later with the same illness... Admitted over night then sent back home again today...so now we will see what happens..but I will NOT return to silver cross EVER...
