Disgusting to hire a male nurse chime who sexually assaulted women.
Took my son in for what I thought might be broken and or sprained finger. ER was busy, a stroke code was called while we were there and 2 ambulances arrived shortly before us. Triage in waiting room was to be expected, more severe cases went in first. Had medicine for pain given in waiting room. Someone came and took him for xray. Was able to get everything we needed without entering the rooms in back. The ER was crowded with what seemed like many people with ailments that should be seen by a primary care physician. Best Place you don't want to be at. But if you NEED to , BEST PLACE TO GO
The wait time was ridiculous for my dad's appointment. The doctor wasn't even in the building yet at the time his appointment was scheduled. I realize Dr's are important people and run late but we were overly patient and received no apologies. Everyone's time is valuable.

I was born at silver cross in1962.first time back there .seemed to be very good hospital. Nice and friendly.so overall good experience for me.
I remember Silver Cross being a prestigious hospital. We have had to come here before and the service has been impeccable. Recently, the wait times for the ER are ridiculous. We have been here waiting for 5 hours, and there are still 3 people ahead of us. I would like to know how this can be. It saddens me that this place has really gone downhill.
My experience at Silver Cross was okay the people were great friendly staff but the wait was extremely too long for me in the massive pain that I was in
They will not put my name on birth certificate so I will not be back
