I had some testing done on July 17, 2017 and had Symone and Brenda take care of me (unfortunately I did not get their last names). These were two of the most hard working, professional health care workers that I have ever dealt with. They delivered outstanding customer support. They were both extremely professional and courteous. Their attention to detail when caring for their patients is second to none. They made my time there fly by and extremely comfortable.
You will always find some people who are not satisfied with anything in life. That said, I am very satisfied with care, surgery, doctors and staff at Silver Cross. They have combined friendly concern with professional attitude and ability. Their accommodations are very up to date and comfortable. They have a large golf cart type vehicle that offers rides to people going out to cars! How kind for older folks or those with little kids. Will not hesitate to return in the future. Poor service, poor attitude, oh yeah and almost killed my sister. I'm no longer going to this hospital I am switching to a new one. Very disappointed all around.
