Great care, competent staff!! ED, CT and PCU for me.... several Ed trips and IP stays for my husband.....
i was treated like royalty, so amnazed bycthe,quality of care, had gallbladder surgery yesterday. i live an hour away in Indiana and,it is so worth the drive to have confidence in the care!
Was admitted and my stay extended to 2 weeks,nurses on the 5 floor were total awesome. The cna's were great to Seth is amazing challenged me when he was on duty,as I had to walk and build strength he was right there beside me. Great job and great team you have. Dr. Wu the surgeon who took care of me is the best,as I would not be here today if not for him.
We came into the ER with a frightened, screaming 6 y/o holding a broken wrist. We were seriously surprised and impressed with how quickly our son was seen, diagnosed (including x-rays) and treated. The staff did a fantastic job easing his fears & taking care of him. As parents, we could not have been put more at ease by the speed and quality of care our son received.
Beautiful facility It was clean and everyone was very friendly towards me. The NP Terri, who treated me, was wonderful! Thanks to all of you who made a painful, unpleasant experience, much more bearable for me!!
Amazing place and even more amazing staff. Doctors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, even the people who clean your room! Every single person we met there is absolutely outstanding in every way. Love this place!
Came in by ambulance and sent to triage and waited 5 hours with blood all over my feet and hands while everyone that walked in after me got back before me. After 5 hours and complaining got back and it took them 15 minutes to fix the vein in my foot that ruptured, next time I'm going to ask Mokena if they could take me to Palos.
Have had so many bad experiences here!!! Sadly, it is the closest to my house � I am a chronic pain sufferer and they treat me like a drug addict and never actually treat me!!! Once when I was pregnant and having issues, a nurse told me "if your baby is going to abort, there is nothing we can do about it" like why was I bothering them!!! My 3yo waited 3hrs in screaming pain to get something extracted from his nose, that took 1 minute!!!
