New facility. Easy access. Helpful friendly staff.
Long wait and the staff fails to tell you what's going on
I was visiting my nephew and tripped in hallway over my own feet. Fell flat on stomach hitting knee the hardest . In seconds I had 4 staff nurses and assist. standing over me. They grabbed a W/C and told me I could go to ER and get checked out. I didn't though. While I was in visiting nephew they came in and checked on me several times. Thank You for caring.

The best doctors and nurses anywhere! They have literally saved mine and my husband's lives! I will not go to ANY other!! hospital! When I had no insurance they helped me tremendously ! My doctor's are there to help patients not just to make money!! From Patty in central scheduling to Char in registration,everyone bends over backwards to help! That is definitely the best hospital in the south suburbs. The staff there is impeccable. Everyone Ships Inn to help people and no question goes unanswered. Very caring staff and my doctor Thomas Lee is the best in the business
Very friendly helpful staff from the greater to the nurse staff and outpatient laboratory central scheduling very pleasant experience!
