Staff is always courteous and helpful. Facility is very clean. I never have to wait for my procedure. Very happy with this facility.
My mom was brought in the er yesterday by ambulance and even though the er was extremely crowded, they saw her and had tests done quickly to my surprise! Thanks to the great team working in the ER!
I Love Silver cross was in and out I a hour and I Love the nurses they friendly and nice I was born in silver and all my kids was born in silver ....they always take good care of me
3hr wait, sent a STUDENT in my room THINKING he was gonna treat me. Who happened to be a FAMILY PHYSICIAN (student) not an E.R.Doc. Nurses were good and overall have had better visits. In their defense, maybe they were busy.
It's a very modern up to date campus like hospital and the staff is always caring for the patient. Single rooms are large, the room view to the openess landscape.

Traveled from Champaign, IL for Robotic prostatectomy and can not say enough wonderful things about this hospital and it's staff, from those who welcomed us to surgical and floor nurses. Even the doctors who stepped into the elevators were nice and chatty. Cafeteria had awesome food and the staff helped make choices when we appeared stumped by all the choices. Nice and clean hospital, felt safe and healthy in all areas. Thank you 😊
Great experience. Our daughter had the cleanest room, best nurses, and decent meals for my wife. A big thank you to nurse bev who was so nice and polite helping my wife and I figure out the first 72 with our daughter
One of the best hospitals I have been too. Very attentive, knowledgeable staff. Excellent surgeons & nurses. Clean, friendly and organized. I'm glad I chose to have both my surgeries here.
