I had knee surgery yesterday. From the front door to the nursing staff. I could not of been taking care of more. From my nerves to my pain, i actually felt like the cared about me. Thank you to all involved.

Still sitting in the ER waiting room 2 hours and 45 minutes after wife got here. Extreme abdominal pain but she's breathing so apparently there's no hurry to treat anyone.
My husband went there with excursating chest pains, he was taken back right away they did ekg, blood work than put us in the waiting room for 3 HOURS! He suffered for hours waiting to be called back! I used to love silver cross but after this, I am looking for another hospital! We sat there 9 hours to be given meds and sent home without answers.. He was scared and in pain.. The ER needs to change! The wait is just to long! He didn't want meds! He wanted answers! So now we are to our doctor to get answers...
From beginning to end of are visit employees in registration Tina Lowman and the x-ray tech were so welcoming and helpful to assisting all of are needs.
Fuck you guys went in for an Emergency and never got the help I needed.
Dr Morales and ER nurse Nikki I. were the best! Thank you for what you do.
I came with a family member. She was having a procedure. From the minute we drove up, to the time we left. We were greeted with smiles & kindness... it really didn't seem like a 10:00 hr day. Thank you
I was in Pavillion A to see Dr. McCahill, Neurologist . She was very thorough, took time to explain things. Rest of staff very helpful, professional, and courteous.
