Hoping the quality of care will change this review. Going on 6 hours of waiting in the ER waiting room! I know there are other more higher emergencies, but if my 4 year old has appendicitis and it ruptures because we are sitting here.............isn't that something they'd want to check out?? So so so so frustrated and trying not to be.
Was admitted for blood and bone infection due to previous surgury while in hospital had another surgury...the nursing staff that i had was outstanding was on 6th floor and stayed 7 nights the 2 nurses that went above and beyond was joe and Yvette they were absolutely amazing above and beyond...joe was one of the best health care providers I have ever came across he made me feel like I was his only concern just unbelievably attentive compassionate and he made me laugh through all the pain almost hard to leave because i will m... read more
Waited for 3 hrs in ER to be seen. Came by ambulance fall on ice. Have a hair line fracture.
Was taken care of quickly and nurse nikki an Dr fleury were excellant very attentive and great bed side manners thank you
I was surprisingly and happily impressed with the care my wife received in the E. R. and once admitted.
MY VISIT WAS THE GREATEST, MY NURSES TRACY AND SANDY WERE ALL THAT THEY TALK TO ME GAVE ME HUGS AND COMFORT THREW MY TEST AT SILVER CROSS THE STAFF IS 100 I RECOMMEND
Went to the er with my 1 year old who was really sick and having trouble breathing. At first they were super attentive but later on I felt like we were kind of forgotten. I'm sure it's because they were really busy. We ended up staying the night. Staff was nice and they really figured out everything that was going on. My only challenge was that there rooms are not very kid friendly. but over all she was treated with great care and that's what was important.
Delivered my son here. Apparently my kid's Pediatrician doesn't go here anymore because they fail to notify them when their patients are here and if they do the newborns are 2 days old. Filled out a survey about time here. Wrote for someone to contact me have yet to hear back. Don't deliver here.
