Absolutely a 5 star hospital. The surgeons took their time to explain every part of the delicate process of the 3 part surgery. The staff came out to make sure that they kept us informed of the progress. The surgeon came to inform us that the procedures were completed and that she was in the recovery room. Another staff member went to our seating section to inform us of the room she had been moved to and to update our passes. Once she was in her room and she was experiencing post-op excruciating pain, the staff did all the c... read more

My mom has been sitting in the waiting room today since about 2:30pm. She was taken back to a room at approximately 8:30pm. Her current blood pressure of 197/80. Not one re-evaluation done while in the waiting room. Unbelievable. The administration should be ashamed of themselves!

Everyone is so helpful and nice! Never had any issues at this hospital!! Highly recommended. I live in Morris and I would rather go to silver cross then go to Morris hospital. I am due January 24th and they have been so helpful with everything!

I have never been a patient at Silver Cross....but I've visited friends and family quite often. Some with quite serious conditions and others more minor. I have never seen such attentive and compassionate staff at any other hospital. They work hard because caring for patients is hard work. They give 110% because they are professionals. If and when I ever need hospitalization....Silver Cross is my choice.
