Waited in er waiting area for 7 hours with a huge chunk of my arm missing
Outpatient surgical center was amazing. Kind, caring and quick. I couldn't ask for more! I was super nervous and they were able to get me medicated before the procedure to calm me down. I don't remember a thing! Thank you!!!

A 6hour plus wait for a 6 week old baby with a fever is just ridiculous. Unacceptable in my eyes. This ER is a joke, I will NEVER bring my family to this ER again. What a nightmare. All they kept telling us is one more person before us, the whole time we were there. Going on 7 hours and we still have NOT been seen.

I've never had a pleasant experience with a mammogram in 72 years. Silver Cross has the best new equipment that does not hurt and does not mash you like a flat pancake. I will never dread having one again. The physicians are the best and the wait is never more than a couple of minutes at rhe most. Spotlessly clean and pleasant personnel.

In 1987 my son was first baby born in original Silver Cross hospital 1-1-87 12:16 30 years later, my daughter in law had a beautiful "World Series" baby named Kylee Addison Everyone there was great!! Thank you to everyone that was there to help bring my little grandbaby into the world. Especially since they were unusually busy ...lol.
