2.5 hours and counting to talk to a doctor. This is ridiculous.
My son had surgery here. The staff made a stressful situation uneventful. The nursing staff was great! The anesthesiologist was so good with him and made him very comfortable. Dr. Semba was awesome and took the time to explained everything. The overall experience was very good despite the bad circumstances.
More like a hotel with staff falling over themselves to assist you or make you more comfortable. Facility is beautiful but staff were superior.
