I loved the service and how quick I got in and out. Although I was kinda disappointed when the doctor refused to give me a non narcotic meds and he rather me use a narcotic I can't use until I'm off work. So I have to be in pain all day.

ER was faster than other emergency rooms, it was clean, staff was friendly and professional.
I came in yesterday for a procedure and every one was really nice but there was this nurse named TERRI that help me get prepared she was awesome when I say she was sent from heaven I truly mean that my GOD bless you all..

Theis hospital is snobby. If you're black or a working class white person they rest you like trash. I find it fascinating how they moved the hospital to New Lenox (only 5 mins away) so they can stop catering to the east side of Joliet. In an emergency, the east side now has over bridges, traintracks, and heavy traffic to go I Saint Joes' I've know someone whose life would have been saved if she would have went to Saint Joes, bacuse it was quicker. Such a great Hospital my niece came in on 8/11/2016 with a broken elbow and wrist and they took very good care of her in the emergency room and made her feel great...thank you to the emergency room staff for taking such great care of her
Silver Cross is amazing. I had great doctors and phenomenal nurses. I was extremely critical when I went in, and most everyone that worked on me made me feel as comfortable and safe, as I could be. Thank you, Silver Cross.
