I've been here since Saturday night . The waiting room was full to the brim but I received excellent service when I saw the ER staff and had a ct scan and ultrasound ! Ended up with pancreatitis . Was treated for it and all my nurses and nursing assistants were very good and attentive ! Ofcourse I love all my doctors! Thank you all . I am leaving in a few minutes!
My mom was here on vacation from Texas she had a stroke while still here, took her to Silver Cross and I just love the way they took care of her here the whole entire staff on the sixth floor did a wonderful job, and to top it off DR.ALVI, DR.KANNAN AND DR.STELLA did an amazing job, on taking care of my mother. THANK U SO MUCH ❤❤❤❤
This is a brand new hospital with the same old ways. If your head is not literally on the floor they take FOREVER to help you. Hate it hate it hate it
Unfortunately I was in the ER twice and admitted here which is not what anyone wants. But each time the nurses and staff were pleasant, caring and took great care of me. Very professional staff that really got to know me and made sure I was comfortable and very attentive. I will have to be back again, but I know I will be in great hands.
51 years old, I left work at 1:15 with terrible stomach pain. Sat in the ER for an hour and a half before blood and urine were taken in triage. Waited another TWO AND A HALF HOURS and still heard nothing. Asked the wait time at the ER desk, was told the next gentleman who was waiting three hours after triage would be next. I was still further down the line. I left at 6:00 that night with no further care done. Even McDonalds calls in people to work during a rush. Why should my health be more important than a burger? Haven't ran into an "attitude" yet. I am faced with a pleasant, understanding, patient, and caring staff each time I am there. I have always received a kind word from the maintenance crew and Food Service staff, to the nurses and the doctors. They make being sick a little more tolerable!
Everyone was amazing there! Had back surgery and each person that interacted with me and my family were helpful and so caring. Thanks for working hard for us patients.
