Great hospital to have a baby in. Had my first December 10 2013. Second some time this May!
Wonderful! ER visit tonight for my little one with a minor issue (lid stuck on finger), and they had us in and out in less than 45 minutes. Quickest ER trip I've ever had. Very friendly staff, too, along with a clean room. Additionally, 2.5 years ago I delivered my daughter there, and was very pleased with the maternity wing, staff, rooms, and care provided. Great hospital.
Always a great experience at Silver Cross. I am going to recommend the hospital to my family and friends. The staff is always warm and friendly and it is a plus to be fast pace experience.
Mark England is the worst person on the planet. That hospital would run a lot better without him. Just ignorant, evil and a bully. The entire staff hates him but he continues to keep his job. Hopefully they will get rid of him. I would hate to be him with a serious issue going to the hospital because that would be the best time to exact revenge.
A great hospital.
We were told by our physician at Pronger Smith to head right over to the ER, that they will be waiting for us as our primary had called ahead. That was at 5:45 p.m. We finally were seen by a doctor at 10:30 pm. This hospital's ER is either completely understaffed or horribly mismanaged, or BOTH - either way, something should be done!!!!
I give them ZERO stars! Wrote this post yesterday and they deleted it. My guess is that they do not want people to know that they will not work with people and their bills. I have been trying to work out a payment plan with them for months. I have shown them how much I can afford to pay after paying bills and they want 4 times that much. They would prefer I have no money to pay for the mortgage, food and gas to live and earn an income. I was in to have my carotid artery cleared. The staff was tremedous. The two nurses in ecu were great.
Best hospital around! Had our son there and cannot find one thing to complain about! Amazing staff from doctors to housekeeping!
