Waited 7 hours to see the dr. and my daughter came in with chest pains !!
I went to this hospital & they turned me away like I didn't have insurance, I have BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD, and the receptionist told me for my visit yesterday that I would have to pay a $300 deductible, i said how without billing my insurance 1st, how would you know how much it is when you haven't billed my insurance yet, it wasn't like I was a bum off the street with NO insurance, but yes they turned me away, & I will NEVER go back to Silver Cross again!!!
