I enjoy going to cons at the location but miss the House of Blues Concerts
Excelente hotel y hermoso, trato amable, limpio, mucha seguridad, Valet parking son súper amables y me encanta porque puedes traer tu perrito 🐾🐾 y quedarse en el hotel. La ubicación es excelente a dos minutos a pie del Steel Pier. 💯 % garantizado.

I will no longer book a motel room at the showboat they do not keep their word I booked a room 2 months in advance and when I show up my room's not available that's ridiculous specifically got the room with a jacuzzi to relax in because I have back problems and they could not accommodate me after promising me the last time that they would this time
First checking in hour wait. Whole first floor blocked off by black curtains. Called for room service just got a voicemail called front desk took 5 tries before someone answered . Never did get to order any food and only one restaurant in hotel open but closed early. No hangers in closet. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Had a question about parking was told it’s outside company the hotel had nothing to do with it. Didn’t clean room til 2 PM.
Love it. Every time I come to the historic Showboat Hotel I have the best time.
