A bit old and no good service at the front desk ..the lady who helped you wAs really not helpful nor friendly
Despite some of the reviews I've read, I am truly enjoying my stay at the Showboat. I am on the 25th floor in a 1bdrm suite and its really nice. The only thing they can improve on is housekeeping and the shower. We've been here since Thursday and will be here for another night but I've only seen housekeeping once. We keep our space clean so we didn't need the service but she never came back with the mattress protector I requested as promised. $150 VIP seats and keep getting blocked out by people standing on steps at railing , missed 2 knock outs, where are the ushers

It’s empty. There is no casino or restaurants, it’s just rooms. Rooms aren’t bad and hard rock is next door, so if you can grab a room for under 100.00 you can walk next door
