Just a beautiful quiet place.
I had originally planned to stay 2 nights at the showboat during my Roadtrip, due to COVID closures I thought there wouldn’t be much to do. I was so wrong! The showboat is not only a beautiful well kept hotel, but the staff are super helpful and friendly, the boardwalk is beautiful, the breakfast and burger restaurant downstairs is quality and yummy, and the beach complete with surfers was stunning and quite cozy! Look at this great picture from opening day of the showboat...1987 with Bob Hope .. myself& my family were there & took this picture.. we had a condo for 25 years at Brighton Towers- across from Tropicana. Best times & best memories back then !
Nice and peaceful compared to the others casinos since this one doesnt have one its more quiet
A little dated but very clean and friendly staff. Already planning my next stay there.
