stain linens, stain towels with holes, dirty bathtub and shower curtain, mattress didn't have a cover and fitted sheet...plus is too expensive to stay in a place in that condition.
Ty to Keisha and the other staff who went above and beyond under difficult working scituations. Things sometimes are not always perfect but I was accommodated above and beyond (kindness matters people be empathetic....it goes a long way). 🦈ty for taking care of me on my 40th bday!! I enjoyed the direct access to the boardwalk/ beach from the back of the hotel. The suites are clean and spacious. The ocean view from the balcony suites was amazing and private. I look forward to returning!
Worst experience ever! If they tell you to check in at 4pm be prepared to wait hours to actually get checked in, if at all. Manager and workers are rude. They would rather take the time to cancel our rooms then to check us in after waiting several hours. The line for the elevators was ridiculous!! Not worth wasting your time especially for a hotel with no casino!! Stay somewhere else! The Hard Rock is highly recommended and is extremely accommodating.
Outrageous parking rates to patronizing customers, nobody answers the front desk when you need them, noisy party room atmosphere throughout the entire 17th floor on our first night makes me not even want to stay the rest of my vacation here. Only staying because it's already paid for.
