Price was good but never stayed here before and things were not explained at all hidden fees like 12 dollars to park my car and I jus paid to stay in a room never got clean towels I will be back but never staying in this hotel no more
I haven’t been to showboat for a while. I was going to AC for the concert in Kennedy Plaza. Do to the weather they moved the concert in Showboat.... WOW is all I can say. After paying $21 and some change for parking and almost $20.00 for a beer and a mixed drink, I thought wow what expensive free concert. Never have I ever been charged tax on parking.. This hotel is basically empty. There is nothing to do and the staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Brittney and Tara were horrible and offered no assistance for the complaints that we had. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very expensive!!! New energy efficient AC stinks. Hot in room till motion detector comes on when you enter room. Will never stay again $12 a day to park too
I have stayed at most of the hotels on the boardwalk. This hotel is very disappointing. The restaurants are closed except a small burger place and one cafe. The hotel looks so empty like it is closing. There was very little air conditioning. The room was ok except there was just sheets in the beds. If there was a place to save money they did. Looks like it was closing. We were never told about a resort fee and frankly I don’t see amenities to justify any added fee. Very very disappointing. Do not stay there!!
Nothing inside
The hotel definitely needs upkeepimg. This is just a hotel which actually isnt a bad idea. We liked out room set up at first but the cleaning lady never came and then they wanted to charge us 2 nights of resort fees, when I argued that the cleaning lady never cleaned the room, they took off 1 night so def no customer service.
