Dirty rooms,Air conditioning doesn't work.
My boyfriend and I went down for memorial day weekend and stayed in a junior suite. The room was amazing. So clean and everything was beautiful. The best part was the jacuzzi tub, it was so relaxing. The view from the 25th floor was breath taking. All in all we always enjoy our stay at showboat!
Wonderful stay at the Showboat! Spacious clean room with ocean view. The staff was great and very accommodating to our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We are planning on returning in the future. Thank you for helping us make great memories in AC.....see you again soon.
This place SUCKS axx ..... the whole bottom casino part is close down, no food, the pool don’t open late & room service close early the bed wasn’t made there was no fitted sheets no blankets the room smelled like cigarettes... it jus need to shut down completely!!!

This hotel is great! The staff are nice, the rooms are clean and the atmosphere is what keeps me coming. We did the professional boxing show this past weekend, the turnout was amazing and vibe was out of this world. GREAT HOTEL !
