Verified Renter Not worth the money really. The side I'm on can't be seen from the street so it gets the least amount of upkeep. It takes forever at times for maintenance to complete an assignment.

Verified Renter We live in a peaceful building. The staff is efficient and respectful. Love the community amenities are very nice. Most of the time when we put in a maintenance requests repairs are made in a timely manner, however lately I find that we have to put in the same request more than one time

Verified Renter Apartments are good, clean, there is no street Voice, a lot of parking places. We love Sherwood’s outdoor activity. Neighbours are friendly and law-abiding! All apartments has in unit laundry, I think it’s the most important part!
