I love living here. I love my apartment. My issue ... I love living here. I love my apartment. My issue is whenever I need maintance I put a request in and they will mark it as done. Then I have to become annoying and call the office to get someone to come help me. Last week I called and was told someone would be right down and still no one. This is my oniy issue here.

New to Sherwood-Crossing-Apartments-Townhomes Quiet nice community amenities, professional courteous staff quick response to maintenance requests. So far it's been a great experience. My one complaint is the that the front door to our building does not stay locked. We repeatedly report it it gets fixed for a short period then back to unlocked, perhaps we need a new tumbler in the lock

Not bad I just moved in a couple of days ago. And so far so good. My apartment is huge, everything was upgraded. The parking has not been an issue for me and I came home after 10pm the other night and still was able to park. The lady Lisa in the office has been so helpful with anything and everything. I had a few minor issues but maintance will be out Monday to fix. My apartment was nice and clean. So everything has been great so far.

Nothing like what’s in the photos My wife and I completed a tour of 1st week of April 2022. These apartments look nothing like in these photos. They are run down, trash and stains all over common stairways, baseboard heaters are falling apart, awful. Kitchen counters off the hinges, walls all dirty. So disappointed

Want mice/roaches and heat exhaustion? Come through! I've had a terrible experience here over the last few years of living here. Mice and roaches once in awhile, still unacceptable but could be from dirty tenants. Music blasting all hours of the night with no repercussions. People going in and out of the complex at late hours of the night. Dog poop all over the grass because they don't enforce strict rules and violations for people who don't pick up after their dogs. DONT LIVE HERE!!! My fiancé & I moved into sherwood in March and have had a problem EVERY SINGLE MONTH and Mangement is lazy and to add *I am 6 months pregnant* from March-August the Heat was blasting and there only solution (after going to the office every single day and complaining and threatening them that we would break the lease) was to put a window unit in until it was acceptable for them to get the central air fixed Sep- Water bug problem was put on the extermination list for two weeks (when the exterminator only come... read more

Don't move here I have lived at sherwood for 1.5 years. I moved here from out of state for a job and I have regretted it ever since. I will be breaking my lease next month just so this nightmare can finally be over. The grounds are covered with dog poop, cockroaches and mice. I can't count how many times I have called the office, written them and had my apartment sprayed... nothing seems to keep the roaches away.
