Verified Renter Residents that live around me have been generally quiet about me and very nice. I have a paid parking spot that is nice near my apartment. My apartment is small but very nice.

Verified Renter Pleasant atmosphere, extremely Nice community,pet friendly, sidenote the plush carpet in the unit won me over after I took one walk across the carpet to inspect the unit for placement of furniture with my fiance she's excited as well.All of this was on the first night but hopefully I'll have many more to come.

Verified Renter Not at all what it seemed in the beginning. The rent is extremely high for what you get. Maintenance isn't as prompt with things often. The amenities aren't too great either. You go through one infestation to another. Two stars is my review.

Verified Renter Overall maintenance is good, but I am still awaiting new kitchen cabinets which I was advised were ordered about a year ago. Also, I was charged double this month for the Utility fee.
