Verified Renter Living here, so far has been very nice, I thought, living in an apartment would be very bad, but this apartment is not like every other apartment. I feel very safe, living here, it feels like a luxury neighborhood that we just got lucky with finding the interior of the apartment is very nice And comfortable it feels like it’s too good to be true living here .

Verified Renter The community grounds are maintained, the amenities are plentiful, office staff is pleasant and sitting out on my patio overlooking the creek or taking a walk with my dog on the community grounds is always a welcomed relaxing get away.

Verified Renter So far so good. Wish the grass was better taken care of but so far no complaints. The neighbors are friendly, the lease agents are friendly. I did notice, maintenance tends to paint over everything. Even painted the bathtub and sink. Found that distasteful.

Verified Renter Overall this is a great complex. Maintenance requests could get process quicker , but when they do come it’s effective. I think cameras need to be installed in all the parking lots for safety purposes and for the fact my car was hit in the middle of the night while parked. The office staff is some what helpful but sometimes they are not on the same page, you’ll get 3 different answers from 3 different people.
