Leaking Roof Since October 1, 2022. I have been dealing with a leaking ceiling (due to the leak from the roof) since October 1, 2022. I have spoken with several representatives of the leasing office, and still dealing with a ceiling that leaks into my living room. It is now 3 months and the maintenance team has only been to the apartment twice, and it's only been repainted once, with the leak to return. Ask for the maintenance logs of any apartment you view before accepting / signing a lease.

We have had just a few issues with maintenance iss... We have had just a few issues with maintenance issues, but when issues come up, maintenance is quick to respond and pretty efficient. Our neighbors in our building are quiet and polite
