its a nice place too live I live here for 6 years the Maintenance is good the staff is good they do care about they residents pet friendly, a nice pool and gym. I love the staff. but I had kill 10 mice in my home thats this mouth. paying this money for rent and have to kill mice is dumb they need L and I here to check the apartments. when I move here in 2012 i didn,t have to put down mice traps but 2017 I have so many mice traps down. my next move I hope I don,t have to kill so many mice.

Good Deal I have been living here for almost 5 years. Love my apartment and the location. Maintenance is friendly and helpful. Every time I have put in a maintenance request it has been taken care immediately. Nice size apartments and I love my walk in closet. The pool isn't new, but its fine. Yes, kitchens could use some updating.

Great atmosphere How would you like to live where you don't need to worry about unruly neighbors ,not having to sweep up trash from the front of your home and always having a place to park your car? Comfortable living at Sherwood Crossings This is my first time living in an apartment. I thought it would be hard to get used to since I had always owned and lived in houses. Thanks to Apartment.com, I found exactly what I needed. My apartment came equipped with washer and dryer, dish washer, garbage disposal, private balcony and great amenities. Perfect for Pets This is perfect for those who have pets. They allow dogs and cats and other animals, too. There is a dog park on the premises along with some human fun! There is a swimming pool, weight room, events room for people to have guests and parties. It is close to public transportation, the Franklin Mills/Philadelphia Mills Mall, and even a small airport for those flying enthusiasts. It is very safe and all the neighbors are friendly. Can't wait to move out. I have never in my life spent this much time calling maintenance to get things fixed. The apartments are old and not well maintained structurally. My air conditioner has gone out 5 times this summer. Corporate has been called 3x with no return call from them.

if you like noisy floors, this is it! The apartment is spacious with a nice balcony and decent sized closets, if you like squeeks from the apartment upstairs, this is for you. Evidently the building settled a little on an angle. My front doorway's door is not even with the frame. This must account for the squeeks. I guess extra matting won't help, since the management has a deaf ear to my complaints. Nice looking apartment, but I wouldn't recommend it.
