Worst office staff ever! They operate like a cable company in the 90's by refusing to set specific times when, let's say for example, your dryer that has been broken for 5 weeks, is gonna be replaced between 9am and 4pm. Then call at 3pm saying not today tomorrow, and they don't call or return your phone calls the 2nd day. Been here 5 years and that stuff was always a little flakey like that, but the past 6 months is a whole new level of some wierd stuff. Find somewhere else and save urself a headache.

Verified Renter I’ve got to say highly disappointed in what we are going through with this apartment. Been weeks and problem is still not fixed and I have a feeling that it will not be fixed for like another month. Sherwood is great and I haven’t had much problems, but when we do have a problem it seems it takes forever to get it fixed.
