Very uncooperative staff. Small rooms, no dresser or drawers, dark bathroom, small wardrobe for hang ups. Starbucks closes early, housekeeping could not be found. No way to call them, if you get through it rings off the hook. Parking is not easy to get to. And basically the worst hotel we've stayed in! Don't bother asking the staff what the problem is, they look at you with a vacant stare. Say they will get back to you and that never happens.
Great location access to Club floor and roof Terrace which has one of the BEST views of Manhattan I seen Staff really good would stay here again �
Been a loyal sheraton guest over the years of this hotel Brand I have given it 4 stars , should be 3 but the staff are amazing! The views from the club lounge and terrace are breathtaking, the breakfast is overpriced and amature for this landmark Brand !!! Room is tiny , but at least the bed is confortable ! Would i stay again ? Maybe because of the staff and view , but apart from this maybe , maybe not !
Terrible hotel guest service. You are being misinformed and you can not even store a small laptop bag for ten minutes because you will need to wait 40 minutes in a hotel called Sheraton in the Soho area!
