First off the hotel is super lux looking. It's exceptionally clean and the staff is very friendly. They bumped up our room for no extra charge and were kind enough to store all of our bags for us. They gave us access to a VIP Lounge that had a private roof top patio, food, beverages, a computer/wifi, and comfortable seating. Once we got to the room the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and there was even a couch with a pullout bed a comfortable chair and an ottoman, plus a table with chairs. We had an amazing experience here. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were extremely clean. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to New York. It is in a perfect location, too! Big shout to Nelson for being so friendly and helpful! Everyone was so welcoming and next time I come back to New York I will definitely choose the Sheraton!
