Good customer service and excellent location! Staff is friendly and nice. Recommended!!
AWFUL! We arrived at night for my husbands work meetings. The hotel said that the room wasn't paid for although it was. They made us go and get cash and pay for the night (The person who made the payment was on vacation so there was no one to verify with at that moment). The next day it happened again. On the third day they admitted they made a mistake and that my husbands did make a payment. But did not apologize or wanted to compensate us for the trouble and stress. Had a wonderful long weekend with you guys. Thanks for making my husband's 60th birthday great. Loved all the staff especially your bellman who walked a block in the cold rain to get us a cab. Nice quiet area in Tribeca. We will be back soon.
