The staff is outstanding. Nelson has been so helpful and welcoming. Being Platinum at Starwood for years, I have had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people and I hope that as the merger goes forward that excellent staff is rewarded for their outstanding work at retaining guests who stay at SPG properties because it feels like a family!
We had a great experience at this hotel. Rhonda was awesome and so welcoming she made our stay that much more memorable. Very glad we spent our anniversary weekend here.

What makes this hotel a great experience is the staff and the location and the rooftop lounge. The rooms are a bit small and basic, but it's steps away from the subway and the view from the club lounge outdoor rooftop is spectacular and worth every penny. I will be back and I really thank Rhonda at reception for her over-and-above service!
