Es exelente, muy buena atención es muy lujoso y una vista impresionante.
They don't give you suite upgrade for platinum guest like any other Starwood hotels. They used to like 5 years ago but not any more. Stuff don't speak politely like Intercontinental Hotels call you "sir" but not this place. I love the location walking distance to Chinatown and Little Italy. That's only the reason I stay there frequently.
Having breakfast and happy hour at the terrasse ws outstanding
1) the battery alarm in the smoke alarm woke me up during the night. They wait for the battery to die rather than doing proactive replacement. Bad procedure and a terrible night 2) note sure if is because I did not get any sleep (see above) but the bed was hilly. The middle was firm but the sides were all mush
