I have stayed at this hotel 4 times before. And will never stay at this hotel again!!! Bad service and no value for money!!
Great location in manhattan right off the holland tunnel it was was easy to get to! Good size room with king bed and very comfortable mattress and pillows. Amazing view from the rooftop lounge. Good customer service. We will be back!
Was all good , was just shocked there was no refrigerator in my room
We always stay here when in NYC. We miss the breakfast buffet in the club lounge. Love the happy hour and glad to see Dion is still there. We love him. He does a fabulous job catering to everyone
