Booked stay in June for a December stay on a cancellable rate and then yesterday they charged full amount and the booking then said online cancellable until August 31. Called hotel and with attitude they said non cancellable so I guess both us and marriot.com website are liars but meanwhile they stole our $$$. Be careful if you book this hotel as they have new computer systems they said and that is why they charged us the full amount - and obviously it changed the terms of our booking with out our permission
