I recently was there on a business trip front desk and housekeeping staff was amazing especially my housekeeper on the 19th floor my housekeeper Roberta introduced herself to me and gave me a warm welcome attending to my every need. she made me feel like I was home I hope they get paid enough because I also saw her get treated very rudely by another guest and she handled it very professional. FYI future Sheridan gas key word here is tip tip tip.
Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms. 2nd time staying here and will definitely come again!
Got a parking ticket just in the hotel front (valet area) when checking in. Small rooms
this hotel is excellant...and the staff are so good...the view from the 21st floor is amazing
