Great location, great service, great hotel, will definitely stay there again. Shout out to Nelson, he took care of me.
The bed sheet is so dirty. I tell front desk to change a new one. When I come back to go to bed, new one is also dirty one. Email the manager, no response. Still wait for email me back. Front desk do a good work. And the staffs help me to change the bed sheet are also nice. Give two points for staffs. Picture will be in comments.
Great location, very convenient to Little Italy and Chinatown. Friendly and well trained Staff. Hotel is modern, clean with a responsive Staff.

My husband and I were delighted to meet Deon, the Club Lounge Manager during our stay last November. While the actual lounge was closed for renovations, the temporary location was wonderful due mostly to Deon. His kind, gentle, warm and friendly demeanor made our lounge visits some of the most enjoyable we have ever had as Platinum members. Kudos to the Sheraton Tribeca for having such a wonderful and valuable employee! Can't wait to go back! Diane and Blake
