Recommendedfantastic location, close to subway... love it!!
The rooms are so thin I could hear entire conversations, coughs etc. of the ladies staying next to me. Called down to the front desk and got the worst customer service, the girl said she was the supervisor and when I asked her name she hung up on me.

El personal en recepción es el mejor, súper atentos en todo momento. La zona no es la mejor, sin embargo tiene las estaciones de subway NRWCEA a menos de dos cuadras, y caminando a 2 cuadras está Soho... mejor imposible...
Good location, but so far it has been disappointing. Got home after a long day on Manhattan and my room had not been cleaned. I did not have a DND on the door. Also you can hear everything that happens in the room next door. Finally my bed sheet has big holes in it.
The roof top was amazing.
Great welcoming staff and hotel. Got a sweet patio room. My dog with me and family. Thank you Sheraton Tribeca!
