Yeah not one of your top shelve hotel under the Sheraton name, but ok for a free stay.
It was very clean, the staff was great very friendly & most of all the service was great
Les plus : bon emplacement, tarifs correct, literie et salle de bain de qualité Les moins: une deco 70s et une belle arnaque : pour accéder au rooftop (juste y accéder), c'est 30$ par nuit en plus de la chambre...tout ça pour faire un tour sur le toit !
Great hotel with lovely rooms and very friendly staff, Rhonda in particular was excellent, she couldn't of been more helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I return to New York
Hotel is basic but comfortable. Location is perfect as the subway station is a few steps away. Lounge on the 21st floor is an experience as it offers amazing views of NYC. Staff is professional and friendly - Rhonda at the front desk was beyond helpful. Very reasonably priced. Walking distance to boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc. I will be back.
Had a great stay the restaurant `Antica' was awesome the waiter tony was incredible very easy breezy knowledgeable helpful gracious it should be more employees like him thank you for your hospitality. And the food was awesome my hats off to the chef.
Thumbs up...bed so comfortable, customer service and location.
