What a great feeling! Trust! I dropped my car off thinking I was in need of a major repair. Turns out it was a $150 fix. Some dealers would have taken advantage of me since I gave the ok to fix whatever it needed to get me back on the road. Not these guys! I will be making Sheehy my regular stop for service without a doubt!
My recent experience with the service department was excellent. Not only were they friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, but they also had my car in and out much quicker than I expected. I will definitely bring my car back for future services. Thanks!
So, as far as sheehy goes with pricing and their customer service they're pretty decent. When I bought my focus in 2014, the Internet Sales manager was amazing and helped me with everything. I had traded in a vehicle I hated and they gave me the best pricing they could for everything. He was awesome and anytime I needed services to be done, the service department was wonderful....... Our salesman James is the best. Wasn't pressured to buy that day. Went to 3 dealerships and had the best customer relations here. The vehicle we bought had a small ding and the rim was scratched but the Sheehy team took care of it with no problems. Definitely will go back!
Glad that I gave them a chance...they definitely met (and exceeded) my expectations. Only an oil change but was in and out in just about an hour. Much better than my experience at Koon's. Will be going back to them again.

I receive fantastic service at sheehy ford of Gaithersburg from a gentleman by the name of Patrice he knew exactly what I was describing to him and made sure I had exactly what I needed and wanted all in one.
My husband and I have purchased at least 5 vehicles in the last 15 years from Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg and could not be happier!!! Friendly and professional is what I would say Sheehy is all about!!! We always get the extended warranty so we never have to worry about costly repairs. We will continue to be a Sheehy Ford customer in the future!!!
Sheehy Ford, where the salespeople don't take "no" for an answer. A salesperson called my house, my wife explained I wasn't in the market for a car. That person continued calling daily until I was actually home, and able to tell them in person that I wasn't in the market. Now most reasonable people would assume that would've been the end of it, but no, that same salesperson then emails me, after I'd made it perfectly clear to any of even modest intelligence that I *not* in the market.
