I have been bringing my 2014 Ford Focus for repairs to this dealership since 2015. The car has been absolutely horrible and a huge safety hazard. I later found out that all Ford Focus models have the same issue. The transmission is faulty and the car continuously shakes, grinds, shudders, stops, and jerks while driving. I have brought this concern up to the dealership numerous times and nothing has been done to alleviate my concern. My fiance bough a bought a 2014 Ford Focus and she brought her car to this dealership for maintenance. The car is absolutely unsafe. I have been with her to ford several times to get this issue resolved but nothing has happened. THE CAR IS COMPLETELY UNSAFE AND THE TRANSMISSION IS FAULTY. THE CAR STOPS WHILE DRIVING. Many mechanics stated that this is an issue with all ford focuses. DON'T BUY A FORD. This is the worst transaction experience we went through. The dealership has not helped to resolve the issue.
Yesterday we bought a 2017 Mustang Ecoboost Premium, and my husband is SO happy! It's gorgeous. Great experience and our salesperson, Blake, was awesome! This was in such contrast to the terrible experience we had at another Ford dealership in Wheaton on the same day. Left that place, went to Sheehy, and left happy with the perfect car. Thanks Sheehy, and thanks Blake for such a great experience. We'll be back next time one of us needs a car. Have a great day! :)

I love coming into Sheehy! Everyone is so friendly! I leased my car with Brandon who really made the experience easy and positive. I've had the car for over a year now and still stop in for service. I really want to thank Joe in the service center for seeing me on short notice today. It can be tough to find time between school and work to get service done, but they made the time for me.
