Just wanted to share my excellent experience with this dealer , drove over 200 miles from NJ to purchase a very specific car from them . These guys and gals really have it together . Eric Jarvis is highly recommended and keeps his promises . I would certainly make the trip again if I needed too!
I came in to replace a tire that blew out last night. The service was quick and friendly, Tanner Humerick was attentive to my needs and provided professional and prompt service. got the approval to replace the tire at no cost to me, had it on and ran the car through the car wash in record time.

I am writing this because I have a friend who purchased a vehicle from Ford a few years back and has been having a nightmare of a time trying to rectify a defect in the vehicle (from the manufacturer). The car is a 2014 Ford Focus and the main area of concern is centered around the transmission as it is essentially a manual one inside an automatic car. First time to Sheehy Ford service with my newly puchased F150. I'm accustomed to Mercedes level quality - and wasn't disappointed with Sheehy Ford. Tanner Humerick, the customer rep, did a fantastic job getting me in and out with great attention to quality.
The salesman Steven k. was very helpful and knowledgeable of the truck that i was looking for.. although i didnt purchase anything today i wasnt pressured at all..will return
